Shipping Info: We use DHL for shipping. Items come from Germany and will be shipped within a week to everywhere in Germany, the EU and globally to countries which allow shipments during the Pandemic.
Return Policy: Limited warranty for damaged items through shipments. Items will be replaced if purchaser / DHL provides evidence of damage through the shipment process. No returns for digital items or packages containing digital items. No returns or edits / changes for surprise box packages.
